This is your single point of contact for benefits. Your advisor can help you learn about your coverage options and cost. They can also locate in-network providers and pharmacies. Once you’re up and running, they can answer claim and benefit questions. They will also collaborate across clinical, behavioral, pharmacy, claims and benefits needs to look for ways to help you navigate the health care system and simplify your health journey.

Transparency in Coverage Pricing Tool

The Transparency in Coverage Rule, effective July 1, 2022, requires group health plans to provide cost-sharing data to consumers. This information includes pricing data for covered items and services based on in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts. This data is provided by UnitedHealthcare in machine-readable files written in JSON language (not available for Windows) and can be found here:  https://transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com/.
