This information includes pricing data for covered items and services based on in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts. This data is provided by UnitedHealthcare in machine-readable files written in JSON language (not available for Windows) and can be found here: https://transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com/.
